The Frederick Speaker Series welcomes Soledad O’Brien, award-winning journalist, entrepreneur, anchor & executive producer of the weekly syndicated political show Matter of Fact, to the Weinberg Center for the Arts in Frederick, Maryland, Thursday, June 23, 2022 at 7:30 PM.

Discounts are available for students, children, military, and seniors. There is as ticketed Meet & Greet with O’Brien following the event with proceeds benefiting children’s programming at Frederick County Public Libraries.
O’Brien founded Soledad O’Brien Productions, a multi-platform media production company dedicated to telling empowering and authentic stories on a range of social issues. She anchors and produces the Hearst TV political magazine program Matter of Fact with Soledad O’Brien and is a correspondent for HBO Real Sports. O’Brien also co-hosts the nationally syndicated radio show and podcast, Everyday Wealth, that explores important financial decisions and how they affect our lives.
