Today, nine-time Grammy nominee and five-time GMA Dove Awards Female Vocalist of the Year Natalie Grant shares her new album Christmas, out via Capitol Records CMG.
The project marks a full-circle moment for Grant. Nearly 20 years after the release of her debut Christmas album Believe, she returns to the season that has always inspired her most. This time with a record that reflects both her artistry and her life offstage as a wife, mother, and advocate.
Rather than simply revisiting the familiar, Christmas offers a rich tapestry of moments: the intimacy of carols sung at home, the joy of family traditions, and the grandeur of sacred songs that have carried generations. Collaborating once again with her husband, GRAMMY® Award-winning composer and producer Bernie Herms, Grant uses her unmistakable voice to move seamlessly between gospel fervor, jazz-inflected swing, and tender balladry.
Highlights include fresh takes on “Hark! The Herald Angels Sing” and “Jingle Bells,” along with two originals: “God’s Gift To Us,” and “Christmas Looks Good on You.”
On the release, Natalie shares “This album is truly a dream come true – one that’s been almost 20 years in the making. Anyone who knows me knows how much I love Christmas – my trees go up early and they stay up late! So many of these classic songs hold such special and nostalgic memories for me, of singing around the piano with my family growing up. To finally record them feels like a full-circle moment. And while these beloved carols will always mean so much, I’m also hopeful that the two original songs will find a place in people’s hearts and become part of their own Christmas traditions for years to come.”

Grant’s most recent project “Seasons” debuted at #1 on the Christian Billboard charts and featured a long list of cross-genre collaborations including Mary Mary, CeCe Winans, Tasha Cobbs Leonard, Jonathan McReynolds and more. The latest single “Step By Step” (a Whitney Houston cover) featuring Dolly Parton went Top 10 at Mainstream AC Radio.
In addition to garnering one billion streams and multiple number #1 albums and singles on the Billboard Charts, Grant is also a respected author of 11 books, including the Glimmer Girls series for tween girls.
As an active philanthropist, she is the co-founder of Hope for Justice, a non-profit organization that fights against human trafficking through programs in the United States and globally that help more than 150,000 adults and children each year. A Seattle native, Grant resides in Nashville, TN with her husband, Grammy Award winning songwriter, producer and composer, Bernie Herms, and their 3 children, Gracie, Bella and Sadie.
