Stand-up comics Jim Gaffigan and Sebastian Maniscalco will be among the first comedians to headline The Theater at MGM National Harbor as part of the illustrious Aces of Comedy series. The always hilarious comedians will bring their respective national tours to the $1.4 billion resort and casino, opening December 8.

The award-winning Aces of Comedy series has gained incredible momentum since its inception six years ago at The Mirage in Las Vegas. It has quickly cemented itself as “the strongest lineup of top-tier comedians anywhere on the planet” (Las Vegas Weekly). The series is one of the most comprehensive and diverse comedic line-ups, featuring some of the most popular comedians worldwide in its Las Vegas roster including Daniel Tosh, Jay Leno, Ray Romano, David Spade, Leslie Jones, Tim Allen and Gabriel Iglesias, among others.

The Theater at MGM National Harbor will offer an experience unlike any other in the region, giving fans the opportunity to see world-class entertainment in an intimate setting, which can accommodate 3,000 guests for reserved-seating events and just over 4,000 for general admission shows.

He opened for Pope Francis in front of more than one million people in Philadelphia and his television show, “The Jim Gaffigan Show,” debuted on TV Land to enormous ratings and reviews with season two airing this past summer. In 2016, Gaffigan did not let off the gas. He filmed opposite Naomi Watts, Liev Schreiber, Ron Perlman and Elisabeth Moss in the independent drama, “The Bleeder.” He also appeared in the Falcon Films comedy, “Drunk Parents,” opposite Alec Baldwin and Salma Hayek, and recently lent his voice to the China-based Original Force Animation’s animated feature, “Duck Duck Goose,” alongside Carl Reiner.
