Washington Performing Arts presents 21-year-old Italian pianist Beatrice Ranawinner of the 2013 Van Cliburn Competition Silver Medal (2nd Prize) and the Audience Award, in her Kennedy Center debut. Said the Washington Post on her award-winning performance, “Italian pianist Beatrice Rana … will become an artist one will want to keep an ear on.” Rana will perform a recital of works by Bach, Chopin, Scriabin and Prokofiev at the Kennedy Center Terrace Theater onNovember 8 at 2pm.
